地址准确性
请确保填写准确、完整的收货地址。由于地址错误导致的配送失败或包裹退回,重新发货产生的费用由买方承担。
包裹丢失或损坏
若您的包裹在运输中丢失或损坏,请在收货后48小时内联系我们(附照片证明)。我们将协助您向承运商提出索赔,并视情况为您补发商品或退款。

- During holidays or promotions, processing may extend to 5 business days

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Costs arising from failed delivery due to incorrect addresses are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt (with photos). We will assist with carrier claims and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
